Windows executable

We have compiled mothur v.1.30.2. We're pretty sure that the 32bit executable should work for XP and Vista. Both versions were built on Windows 7. Please let us know how this works for you:

Linux executable

We have compiled mothur v.1.30.2 on Centos 5.5. Please let us know how this works for you:

Source code

If you want to build your own executable download the mothur 1.30.2 source code, edit the makefile Makefile_options and follow the instructions to install mothur. If you want to install the readline and openMPI libraries, then you will need to change those settings in the makefile.
